Cal's Cuisine

My M-I-L gave me two cookbooks recently, to help me identify toddler-friendly dishes and methods of introducing new food to a 13-month old. My biggest issue is cooking dishes he can feed himself. "First Meals" has been very helpful. So far, I've made raisin bread squares (raisin bread topped with cream cheese and bananas), veggie chips (sliced parsnips and carrots cooked in olive oil) and veggie balls (shredded potatos, carrots and zucchini pan fried). Cal loves the squares, refused to taste the balls and ate a few of the chips. I'll try again in a few weeks...

Thanks for another book recommendation. I'll have to try this one for J in a few months!
