Cal and I baked cookies again recently. Me cutting the dough. He spooning sprinkles. He looked so funny in his new apron from his cousins. And, he insisted upon wearing the oven mitts around the house. Once again I was amazed by his focus and patience with the whole process. He was really good at following directions and putting the cookies on the sheet, vs. in his tummy. His only moment of frustration came when we ran out of dough before sprinkles.
