A few weekends ago, we travelled to Medford to celebrate Alan's grandmother's 85th birthday. Highlights included:
- An ice cream afternoon with Gigi
- Birthday celebration in the hotel lobby
- Lots of time spent swimming in the indoor pool, thanks to the constant rain
- A spirited marshmallow fight (and attempted ambush of Aunt Tracy, Tate and Trent) in the 3rd floor hallway
- Lodging with real rock stars from Canada! "Gogol Bordello"
- Our first family road trip! Despite a few stops and tears, we made it!
- Time with cousins, 2nd cousins and Gigi!
